Bet555 KYC Verification Process
Bet555 runs KYC checks to confirm your identity, address, and ownership of the payment method you use. Verification is requested at sign-up in some cases, and it is always requested before the first withdrawal or when account activity triggers extra checks.
- Identity (ID/Passport): Bet555 asks for a clear photo or scan of a valid government ID (passport, national ID card, or driving licence). The file must show the full document, all four corners, your photo, name, date of birth, and document number. If the ID has two sides, Bet555 requests both sides. Expired documents are rejected.
- Address proof: Bet555 requests a document that shows your full name and current residential address, dated within the last 90 days. Common options are a utility bill (electricity, water, gas), a bank or card statement, or a government letter. Screenshots from apps are rejected when they do not show the issuer name and date on the same page.
- Payment method: Bet555 verifies the method used for deposits and withdrawals. For cards, you upload images of the front and back; you hide the middle digits and CVV, while keeping the last 4 digits, your name, and the expiry date visible. For e-wallets, Bet555 requests a screenshot or PDF showing your account name and the wallet ID/email, plus a transaction that matches your Bet555 deposit. For bank transfers, Bet555 requests a bank statement or account confirmation showing your name and IBAN/account number.
Bet555 triggers verification in these situations: first withdrawal request; deposits above internal risk limits; changes to personal details (name, address, phone, email); login from a new country or device; use of a new payment method; chargeback or disputed payments; and duplicate or linked accounts detected by matching details.
Submission happens in the account area under Verification/KYC. Bet555 reviews documents only if they are readable, uncropped, and in colour. Blurry images, glare on the ID photo, and edited files lead to a re-upload request.
Review time is typically 1โ24 hours after upload. When manual checks are required, the review can take
